
Vibrations of Rectangular Stepped Plates

Abstract: Differential equations of free/forced vibrations of
rectangular stepped plates are established by using singular functions, their general
solutions are solved for expression of vibration mode function and frequency equations on
usual supports derived with W operator. Conclusions of this paper may be suited for plates
with different boundary conditions.
