Abstract: Using system technique theory terminology,
we develop the concept and definition of safety criterion of cutting process stability
operation for traditional, statistical and fuzzy stochastic meaning, establish the testing
value curves of the fuzzy allowed domain of the limited cutting width in the light of
experiment in this paper. It indicates that using the fuzzy stochastic meaning safety
criterion and reliability is scientific and closelyin keeping with the people's cognition
concrete to evaluate the stability of cutting process.
