Stochastic Functional of Potential Energy Developed for
Stochastic Structures under Stochastic Stimulus

Abstract: Based on the method of small parameters perturbation of 2nd-order, the stochastic functional of potential energy for structures with stochastic stiffness understochastic stimulus is derived. Then the stochastic variational principle is formulated.As an application of this principle, the formulation of stochastic finite element method is constructed
