Abstract:  A three dimensional solid mixed element model which is used to analyze the static
and dynamic stress of turbine blades has been developed in this paper. Because of the stiffness change of rotating blade, a nonlinear numerical calculation method is proved to calculate the static stress. On the basis of dynamic frequency, the Mode Iteration Method is used to calculate the response of blade, and the dynamic stress of blade is obtained also. From the numerical results of a real blade, we come to the conclusion that the model and calculation method proved in this paper can calculate the dynamic frequency precisely, specify the static and dynamic stress field precisely and audioª²visually, and can be used as a practice tool to analyze dynamic frequency and static & dynamic stress of real blade.
