The Simulation of Disk Traveling Charge Two Phase Flow

Abstract: In this paper, the one dimension-two phase flow model of disk traveling charge was established, and some simulation to one 57mmH gun were made. The distribution of pressure, pressure wave, the velocity of gas and propellant and so on were researched. The difference between the calculated and firing experimental results  was compared. The results indicated that the calculated results were very similar to the experimental results.
