Resist-Shearing Capacity of Concrete Beam Bonded by Steel-Sheets

Abstract: Analyzed the function of steel sheets, the influence of shee tpeeling off on the resist-shearing capacity of concrete beam bonded Ushaped steel-sheets is revealed, thus the coefficient K is necessary to introduce into the design standard. The numerical simulation for the shearing-force of 14 beams is carried out, and the expression of K and the resist-shearing formula are obtained. A shearing failure test to 4 beams confirms the validity of the formula.
