
Suspended Feed Cabin-Stewart
Platform System for Large Radio Telescope

Abstract: A couped dynamical feeded-supporting
system for large radio telescope is investigated, where a coupled dynamical equation is
proposed with hybrid finite element and Newton-Euler formulation for cable-cabin system
and Stewart pl atform, then a new hybrid method is extended to solve the couped problem.
And optimal control technique is used to decouple equation and obtain an optimal mass of
moving Stewart platform with robust under some conditions. An numerical simul ation
verifies the validity.
