Designing Calculation of Water Wave Pump

Abstract: Hydromechanics theory concerning with
water pumps is proposed. Water wave pump combines the functions of Air Wave Charger and
Water Hammer Pump to show fine performance, where the total energy of inflow is
redistributed to heighte n the presure of a part of the the flow to the desired level
whereas for therest of flow a low level of pressure is maintained, which causes moving
water with high energy to reach to a higher place. On the basis of the working principles
of water hammer pumps, water hammer motive power with applications is investigated, a
series of parameters for water wave pump design are proposed. The computat ional results
verified the validity and flexiblility.
