Multi-supporting based on Axes Measuring

Abstract: Axis line deflection and asymmetric load distribution of the rotary kiln induce the cracking of supporting shaft frequently. By mechanical analyzing t
he shaft of supporting wheel, the relation between the axis line and fatigue fate of support system is derived. Accordingly, the remaining fate of supporting system can be obtained easily with axes measuring. To carry out the optimization,
an optimization model must be set up. The quantity of axis line regulating is regarded as optimization variable. The minimum value of remaining fate between all
supporting shafts of supporting system is defined as objective function. The practical regulating kiln example is given. The result indicates that the fanatic
exists in routine regulation and the optimizing regulation for obtaining equal fatigue fate is required, which can effectively prevent the cracking of supporting shaft. That provides useful theory reference to maintain and regulate rotary kiln. It is also significant to guide practical production.
