Establishing of Fatigue Load Spectrum of the DBQ3000 Tower Crane

Abstract: The stress-time history to dynamic components of the DBQ3000 tower crane at each operation condition is obtained by the combination of site test and dynamic finite-element analysis. The fatigue load spectrum is compiled through rainflow-counting of the stress-time history, combined with statistic results of working hours and loading states. The reliable data for fatigue design and estimating of the fatigue lifetime of this kind of tower crane are provided.
