Structure Optimization of Ultrasonic Motor using Longitudinal and Torsional Mode

Abstract: In this paper ,the structure of ultrasonic motors using longitudinal and torsional mode is optimized. Firstly, the place of piezoelectric ceramic is  optimized, then the displacement amplitude of longitudinal vibration and torsional  vibration is magnified, at last, the contact of stator and rotor should be designed according to FEM analysis is indicated.
